dotFM - Press & News FSM Telecom Corp. and BRS Media Make Top-Level Domain .FM Available. Kolonia, Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) and San Francisco, Calif., April 6, 1998 -- FSM Telecom Corp., the Internet Service Provider (ISP) for the FSM, and BRS Media, a recognized leader in strategic online programming for Radio on the Internet, today announced an exclusive partnership to begin registering and marketing the premium top-level domain [.fm] to the broadcasting industry.
